Order
Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
We accept the following payment methods:

- Twint on account
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Prepayment (request via email)
We offer a size chart on every product page. Please check this to find the right size. If you are unsure, please contact us at info@style-band.ch .
Shipment
We offer free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Within Switzerland, delivery times are usually 1-3 working days. International delivery times may vary.
We send the order as a B-Post letter as standard. If you require shipment tracking and transport insurance, this can be selected during checkout.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Fill out the return form and send the item to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
To save time, we recommend placing a new order immediately when making an exchange. Return the original item and reorder the desired item. Refunds for the returned item will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the return.
After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original method of payment.
